calcium guarantee

5 Year Calcium Guarantee This guarantee applies to safety mixers (pressure balanced thermostat mixers) in FM Mattsson's 9000 series and Garbo and is valid for five years from the day of purchase.

The guarantee means that if the smooth functioning of the mixer's control system should be reduced due to a build up of calcium, we will accept responsibility for repairing the fault. For this guarantee to apply the mixer must have been fitted and used correctly.

The plumbing must have been installed professionally and comply with current building regulations. The guarantee does not apply to frost damage or if damage and operating faults have been caused by pollution in the water.

You always receive the water temperature you want thanks to the unique double operation of our mixers.

Even if the water in your pipes is hard this does not affect the operation of our mixers.

With our unique gentle shut-off technique you avoid bumps and damaging pressure surges in the pipes.
